This is a group for children with Aspergers Syndrome, High Functioning Autism, PDD-NOS, and similar diagnoses, up to age 12, and their parents or caregivers. Let's get together and help the children make friends! We will have low-key meetups at parks and other fun places.
Making friends can be hard especially for high functioning autism individuals. We'll get to know each other and practice friend making skills with fun events and get togethers. Mostly for teens but many events are for the whole family. I am not a professional just a mom looking for friends for my teenage son.
